• To enable you to hire from us we will do a credit check through Veda Advantage, using the information you provide.
  
• There are no hidden extra charges, no account establishment fees.
  
• A delivery fee of $25.00 each way (delivery and pick-up) applies for goods hired for three months or longer. Full household deliveries may, however, attract a larger delivery / pick-up fee. Please ask for a quote. 
  
• A minimum once off delivery fee of $35.00 each way (delivery and pick-up) is payable for rental periods of two months and shorter. Full household deliveries may, however, attract a larger delivery / pick-up fee. Please ask for a quote.
  
• A refundable cleaning bond of varying amounts is required for all soft furnishings, please see individual items.
  
• We do not insist that you have insurance on our products, but we do offer an optional Risk Protection Plan to assist you in the event of theft or fire only, which does not include flood damage. To give customers price flexibility our Risk Protection Plan is not included in our prices, so please ask us for a quote.

Payment is easy ... choose from the following:

• Use a deposit book provided by us for use at any branch of the Bank of Queensland.
• Set up a periodical payment scheme with your bank for direct payment.
• Phone us monthly with your credit card details.
• Give us authority, to use your credit card details, and we can deduct the correct amount monthly from your account on due date. This is secure and you can check the monthly deduction from your statement.
• Internet transfer between accounts (EFT).
